What I love best about The Work is that you don’t need anybody to do it. Just pen and paper and off you go. I’ve even learned to do it in my head, on the spot. Though that’s still hard as the mind has a tendency to squirm when questioned and wiggle off into more story…
But there are times when I feel stuck. Really into a story. I don’t even know where to begin to undo it. How great it would be to be able to tell my story to somebody who then picks out the underlying beliefs that I can’t get to. I have been wanting support like that. Right then when I truly need it.
